Because each item is made to order, we’re not able to accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, we do want you to feel good in what you ordered 🤍

Sizing Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a one-time size exchange on eligible items. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

We’ll always make it right if something goes wrong:

  • Damaged or defective items – If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photos may be required.
  • Lost packages – If your order doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Shipping issues – If a package is returned due to a carrier issue or incorrect address, we’ll help get it reshipped once confirmed.

All Borb. products are proudly Canadian-designed and fulfilled through trusted production partners in Canada and the U.S. 🇨🇦

Canadian customers
No duties or customs fees - your order ships within Canada.

U.S. customers
Orders are fulfilled within the U.S. when possible to help keep delivery smooth and avoid extra fees. Most U.S. orders under $800 USD arrive without duties. In rare cases, customs may apply a fee at delivery, which would be the customer’s responsibility.

Outside Canada & the U.S.
At this time, we’re unable to fulfill orders internationally.

If you’re unsure about import rules, we always recommend checking locally, but we aim to make the process as seamless as possible on our end!
