Return & Refund Policy.

Because all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, colour, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

We will, however, make it right if:

  • Damaged or defective items – If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Photographic proof may be required.
  • Lost packages – If your order does not arrive, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Carrier issues – If your order is returned to us due to a carrier error or an invalid address, we’ll offer to reship the order once the correct address is confirmed.

Shipping & Duties.

All Borb. products are proudly fulfilled and shipped from Canada.

  • Canadian customers: No duties or customs fees apply. Orders ship domestically within Canada.
  • U.S. customers: Orders are shipped from Canada. Most U.S. orders under $800 USD arrive without any duties or fees (thanks to U.S. import rules). In rare cases, U.S. Customs may apply a fee at delivery. Please note that these duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to fulfill orders outside of Canada or the U.S.
